The Lorica method
Every Lorica program follows a clear structure. The brief changes every time: a different brand, a different standard, a different part of the world. The method holds.

Five stages carry each program from discovery to handover, with long-term support built into the structure.
Stage 01
Discovery
Lorica begins by understanding the brand, its environment, and the way its people work. Site time, collaborative workshops, and operational review are brought together in an observational brief that guides the program.
Stage 02
Creative direction
From discovery, Lorica develops the creative direction: garment concepts, cut and tailoring, textile recommendations, tones, finishes, and the role each uniform needs to play in the environment. It is presented to the client, refined collaboratively, and approved before sampling begins.
Stage 03
Sampling and approval
Samples are developed and refined with the client, working through fit, function, and finish before approval. Sizing is considered by garment, region, and wearer profile, so the approved program reflects the people and markets it will serve.
Stage 04
Fitting and manufacturing
Lorica helps the client prepare the order through fitting support, ordering support, or both. Employees can be measured and fitted on site or remotely, while quantities and inventory are planned around bulk stock, new starters, replenishment, or location needs. Once the order is ready, garments are manufactured with Lorica’s partners and quality-controlled through production and delivery.
Stage 05
Technology and support
During onboarding, Lorica.ONE is configured around the brand’s garment collection, allocations, approval rules, hierarchies, employee profiles, and accounts. After handover, Lorica.ONE supports ordering, visibility, and ongoing program management.

Lorica scopes each program around where the client begins.
