Southeast Asia · 2024–Present

Lorica has run Audemars Piguet's uniform program across Southeast Asia since 2024, beginning with the opening of AP House and AP Café at Raffles Hotel, Singapore.
A uniform program ready for a clearer structure
Lorica was appointed to restructure a uniform program already in operation. The previous arrangement, supplied by a European maker, carried standardized sizing, limited support for individual boutiques, and a look that had drifted from market to market.
Lorica revised what existed rather than starting again. The work raised the standard of the garments and gave the program a clearer operating structure.

Refining the program for AP House
The work began with the interior of the new AP House at Raffles Hotel: muted greens, gilded detailing, marble, and natural timber.
Lorica answered that warmth with a cooler garment register, using woven Australian merino wool in steel gunmetal tones. The cloth was dry-finished to a matte handle, custom designed in-house and woven by Vitale Barberis Canonico in Italy, certified 100% RWS wool.
The tailoring was softened so it sat naturally within the space and carried through into the adjoining AP Café. Each garment is produced for the program, with made-to-measure used where the fit requires it.

Role-specific garments, fitted on site
Each role within AP House was developed separately, with distinct garments for client consultants, welcome hosts, and the internal AP House food and beverage teams. This gave each team its own uniform direction while keeping the full AP House program visually connected.
Every employee was measured on site, with Lorica present through rollout and handover. Sleeve proportion and wrist measurement were checked against the watch each employee presents, so the garment sits neatly around the wrist and keeps the watch cleanly on display during client interaction. That detail was carried through each employee's tailoring, shirting, and jacketing.

Expanding the model across Southeast Asia
The model established at Raffles then expanded across the region, into new boutique openings and markets already trading.
Each rollout followed the same structure, with on-site support and clearer workflows for onboarding and replenishment.
Operating structure beyond launch
Lorica moved Audemars Piguet from a per-employee spending allowance to allocated sets by role. That gave the program a clearer operating basis, with allocation managed around each role rather than handled as individual spend.
Ordering, onboarding, replenishment, and inventory now run through Lorica.ONE, the operating platform behind every Lorica program, with boutique-level support handled directly.
The result is a program that began as a restructure and became a regional model. Lorica adapted the uniform for AP House, strengthened the program's fit standards and operating structure, then carried that standard into Audemars Piguet's wider Southeast Asia program.
Some of Lorica's most significant programs are not represented here. Relevant experience can be discussed directly.
